This room subtly incorporates hints of Westwood’s punk-influenced fashion origins in its upcycled chairs and mirror, and the safety-pin embellishments on the hand-made tartan curtains. Her later designs are reflected in the tartan fabric of the curtains, showcasing the evolution of her distinctive style. Westwood often used her designs and presence on the runway to champion environmental change.
