Drawing inspiration from Casa Azul, Kahlo’s vibrant cobalt blue home, Room 1 bursts with bold colors, creating an energetic and uplifting environment. Throughout the room, you’ll see vibrant floral patterns, which is a nod to Kahlo’s signature floral crowns and the reoccuring presence of the natural world in her art. You can see some of Kahlo’s sketches from her published diary adorning the desk as decorative lights.
